I have only written a handful of reviews in my lifetime, but I wanted to give a special shout-out for the management at 1440 Beacon... The communication during my exploration process was exemplary, from quick and through responses to going out of their way to ask higher management about some special requests I had...The process of applying and securing the apartment was efficient and done with great communication... The building has been beautifully renovated and the apartment is clean and truly fantastic... a spacious gym, large laundry area and a comfy seating area, a high-top table for gathering with friends, as well as an area for working, Zoom calls, etc. A+++

I do like this place very much. Very close to green line and walking distance from my workplace. Maintenance and cleaning crew are great and Erick Soto is awesome, great personality, very professional and he is always available to assist when needed. I would strongly recommend this place to any one who wants to be strategically located in the center of Brookline.
